Villa Creole is booked until April 30th 2010

or booking interests after this date. We will also gladly refer you

to our sister villas as accommodation alternatives.

What's Included
Rates include services of our Maid/Laundress three times a week, our Gardeners and Pool technicians. I will greet you at the Villa, give you a brief tour and hand over your personal set of keys. From that point on, the Villa and our island is yours to enjoy. However feel free to call me if you have any queries about anything.

*I can also arrange for groceries to be delivered to the Villa, but that is not included in the rates.*

Booking Conditions
All rates are quoted in US dollars and there is an additional 3.5% credit card tax not included in the rates above. Rates are subject to change without notice.

A minimum of 3 nights’ stay is usually required during the Summer, 7 nights during Winter, and 14 nights during the Christmas period. We are sometimes able to make exceptions, so if you are considering a less lengthy stay, please do not hesitate to contact us; we may be able to accommodate you.

Although a mid-day check out time applies, where possible, we usually make allowances for late departures.

Deposit Policy
To confirm your booking, we require that you make a 25% deposit. After that, we require the full invoice be settled 60 days prior to winter bookings and 30 days prior to summer bookings. If you wish to book with us less than 60 days prior to arrival in winter or less than 30 days prior in summer, we require that full payment be made at the time of booking. We accept both Visa and Master Card, or (less than one week) Bank wire transfers. We only accept deposits if the requested dates are available.


Cancellation Policy
The following is a breakdown of our cancellation penalties:

Summer
Cancellation 30 to 16 days prior to booking date, 25% of rental
Cancellation 15 days or less prior to booking date, 100% of rental

Winter
Cancellation 60 to 46 days prior to booking date, 25% of rental
Cancellation 45 days or less prior to booking date, 100% of rental

Please note that if the accommodation is re-let for the full period of your booking, no cancellation penalties apply and you are entitled to a 100% refund. All refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and financial institution charges. We strongly suggest that you purchase cancellation insurance in order to cover yourself in the event that you are unable to travel or stay with us for whatever reason.

If for some unforeseen circumstance, we are unable to provide accommodation for a booking that has been confirmed, we will make a full refund of all monies paid to us on account of the booking, and be deemed free of all obligations.
